Vendor Guidelines

Welcome to Stoqle Vendor Guidelines. These guidelines are designed to ensure that vendors maintain a professional, transparent, and trustworthy marketplace environment. By registering and selling on Stoqle, you agree to comply with these standards in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Vendor Registration and Account Responsibility

Vendors must provide accurate and up-to-date business information during registration. Each vendor is responsible for maintaining the security of their account. Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited. Vendors are required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements relevant to their products and services.

2. Product Listings

All product listings must be accurate, detailed, and not misleading. Vendors are required to upload high-quality images and provide clear descriptions of each product or service. Prohibited or restricted products (such as counterfeit goods, illegal substances, weapons, or pirated content) must not be listed. Any attempt to manipulate search rankings, pricing, or reviews is strictly prohibited.

3. Pricing and Transactions

Vendors must set fair and transparent pricing, inclusive of applicable taxes or fees. Stoqle does not handle payments directly between customers and vendors. Vendors are solely responsible for their payment arrangements, invoices, and refunds (where applicable). Price changes must be updated promptly on the vendor’s listings.

4. Customer Service

Vendors must respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. All orders must be fulfilled accurately and within the timeframes specified on the vendor’s listing. Vendors are expected to handle disputes, complaints, and refund requests directly with customers in good faith.

5. Prohibited Vendor Conduct

Vendors must not engage in: - Listing illegal, fraudulent, or unsafe products. - Misusing customer data for marketing, spamming, or unauthorized purposes. - Manipulating reviews or ratings through fake accounts or incentives. - Attempting to bypass Stoqle’s platform to avoid compliance with these guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property and Compliance

Vendors must respect third-party intellectual property rights and ensure that listed products are original or properly licensed. Stoqle reserves the right to remove any listing or vendor account found in violation of intellectual property laws or user safety standards.

7. Suspension and Termination

Stoqle reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate vendor accounts for repeated violations of these guidelines. Serious violations such as fraudulent activity, sale of illegal products, or misuse of customer data will result in immediate removal.

8. Continuous Improvement

Vendors are encouraged to maintain high standards of professionalism, customer care, and innovation. Stoqle may update these guidelines periodically, and vendors are expected to review and comply with the latest version.
